JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 0–3 years’ experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, fabrication yard, or heavy industry.
- Support E&I fabrication and installation activities, including cable routing, tray installation, equipment mounting, grounding, and instrument hook-up in accordance with IFC drawings and project specifications.
Provide engineering and technical assistance by reviewing drawings, preparing redlines, verifying MTO and material requests, and supporting TBE and vendor deliverable reviews.
Assist in testing and pre-commissioning activities such as continuity and insulation resistance tests, loop checks, instrument calibration, and punch list tracking and closure.
Coordinate with project teams, QC, vendors, and clients for inspections, issue resolution, progress monitoring, and compliance with schedule and quality requirements.
Ensure all work adheres to HSE rules, PTW systems, IEC/ATEX standards, and maintain accurate E&I documentation including ITRs, reports, test records, registers, and as-built updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MIin. 5-7 years’ experience as Lead Buyer in procurement for oil & gas, EPCC, or fabrication projects, preferably involving offshore platform construction.
- Familiar with procurement processes, vendor management, RFQ, bid evaluation, purchase orders, and contract administration.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication materials (steel, piping, valves, welding consumables, equipment) and specifications used in offshore construction.
- Awareness of relevant codes and client specifications (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO) to ensure purchased items comply with project requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years’ experience in expediting/procurement within EPCC or fabrication projects, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a lead/supervisory capacity.
- Good understanding of fabrication materials, critical equipment, bulk items (steel, piping, valves, electrical/instrumentation packages), and their specifications in offshore platform construction.
- Familiar with oil & gas codes and project specifications (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, ABS, DNV) to ensure vendor deliverables meet compliance.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), vendor documentation requirements, progress tracking tools, and project reporting.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Welding, or related discipline.
- Preferably with internationally recognized QA/QC certifications (e.g., CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector, ASNT/PCN NDT Level II/III).
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas projects in fabrication, welding, NDT, painting/coating, and applicable industry codes/standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO, ABS, DNV).
- Min. 8 years working experience in source inspection, vendor surveillance, or QA/QC coordination within oil & gas fabrication and offshore platform projects.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.

Job Opportunities at HQ
Key Responsibilities:
1.Contract Management
- Ensure legal and contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted and vetted.
- Draft, review and advise on all agreements including but not limited to commercial, construction, procurement, supply, consultancy, finance, sale and purchase of property, and service agreements, guarantees & management agreements/documents.
- Provide legal advice on contracts and agreements for risk management purposes
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, letters and ensure they are compliant with statutory / legal requirements
2. Dispute Resolution
- Review ongoing cases and advise management accordingly
- Liaise with external counsels/solicitors and manage their performance in cases where they represent the Company, locally and abroad to ensure the interest of the Group is protected with minimum legal costs, taking into account commercial and operational requirements.
- Review and update monthly status reports for all litigation/arbitration/IR matters
3.Risk and Compliance
- Discuss and advise legal risks on the appropriate course of action to be taken and ensure that these are taken.
- Assist to conduct due diligence processes to investigate potential acquisitions in Malaysia and overseas or for any other matters required.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management, especially on contract management, internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Keep abreast on all laws and regulatory developments relevant to the Company, to provide timely advice.
4.General
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Head, Group Legal & Contracts/Managing Director/DCEO and Key Management, as and when required.
- Liaise with other departments and subsidiaries (within the Group)to ensure all duties are carried out effectively
- Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to Managers, HODs etc, as and when required.
- Participate in meetings, discussions and negotiations on legal matters as and when required to discharge duty effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement
- Provide critical support to project in implementation of procurement and any other project related activities.
- Complying strictly with stipulated in-house procurement procedures
- Efficient procurement process, meeting budgeted cost, procurement terms and time objectives
- Identifying qualified vendors who can supply components, materials, sub-contract works and etc at competitive prices, warranty terms, payment terms, good quality, functional and technical reliability and responsive after sales technical and spares support
- To track the delivery date of the purchased items/materials from vendor and update project team/store.
- Provide coaching and training to assistant purchaser to eventually take up the role as full fledge purchaser.
- Responsible for managing e ERP system, supporting procurement activities, coordinating vendor processes, handling documentation, expediting tasks, and providing progress reports and ERP troubleshooting assistance.
2. Tender
- To assist project engineer/project manager to carry out Material Take Off and obtain necessary items pricing for the tender purpose.
3. General:
- Effective performance of any other tasks as assigned by Superior and General Manager
- Upkeep of documentation records through systematic practice of filing and printing of all important project related drawings. Maintain any ISO documentation or follow any procedures as directed by the QA/QC department.
- To track record on the performance of various supplier and to maintain the supplier performance record at 80% level.
Job Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Proposal & Documents
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates at feasibility and concept stages.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Update cost plans as design information develops.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), schedules, and other tender deliverables.
- Gather and verify material prices, labour rates, and subcontractor quotations.
- Support in preparing tender clarifications and responses to queries.
- Assist in evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
- Compile tender submissions including printing schedules, method statements, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure submissions meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative material selections.
- Assist in preliminary risk assessments related to pricing and procurement.
- Liaise with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams to align tender inputs.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain updated cost data.
- Attend pre-tender and clarification meetings as required.
