QAQC Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Shall have Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years’ relevant experience in Oil & Gas.
- Min 3 offshore platforms/structures such as jacket, topside and etc.
- Have experience as QAQC Engineer for large scale EPCC/EPC/EPCIC projects.
- Preferably possess ISO 9001:2015 or API Q1 or API Q2 Certified Lead Auditor Certification.
- Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level 2 or equivalent.
- Shall be well conversant with manufacturing processes, materials, welding, painting and NDT.
Procurement Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Shall have Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Lead Buyer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MIin. 5-7 years’ experience as Lead Buyer in procurement for oil & gas, EPCC, or fabrication projects, preferably involving offshore platform construction.
- Familiar with procurement processes, vendor management, RFQ, bid evaluation, purchase orders, and contract administration.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication materials (steel, piping, valves, welding consumables, equipment) and specifications used in offshore construction.
- Awareness of relevant codes and client specifications (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO) to ensure purchased items comply with project requirements.
Lead Expeditor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years’ experience in expediting/procurement within EPCC or fabrication projects, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a lead/supervisory capacity.
- Good understanding of fabrication materials, critical equipment, bulk items (steel, piping, valves, electrical/instrumentation packages), and their specifications in offshore platform construction.
- Familiar with oil & gas codes and project specifications (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, ABS, DNV) to ensure vendor deliverables meet compliance.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), vendor documentation requirements, progress tracking tools, and project reporting.
Interface Manager

Source Inspection Coordinator
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Welding, or related discipline.
- Preferably with internationally recognized QA/QC certifications (e.g., CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector, ASNT/PCN NDT Level II/III).
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas projects in fabrication, welding, NDT, painting/coating, and applicable industry codes/standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO, ABS, DNV).
- Min. 8 years working experience in source inspection, vendor surveillance, or QA/QC coordination within oil & gas fabrication and offshore platform projects.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.

Account Executive
Job description:
Account Payable & Account Receivable:
- Responsible in reviewing for account payable and account receivable on periodic basis of the month.
- Monitoring progress in completion of account payable data of invoice, credit note and debit note.
- Received claims document as procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Responsible in carry out billing, collection and reporting activities as deadlines.

Assistant Contracts Executive (Procurement)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement
- Provide critical support to project in implementation of procurement and any other project related activities.
- Complying strictly with stipulated in-house procurement procedures
- Efficient procurement process, meeting budgeted cost, procurement terms and time objectives
- Identifying qualified vendors who can supply components, materials, sub-contract works and etc at competitive prices, warranty terms, payment terms, good quality, functional and technical reliability and responsive after sales technical and spares support
- To track the delivery date of the purchased items/materials from vendor and update project team/store.
- Provide coaching and training to assistant purchaser to eventually take up the role as full fledge purchaser.

2. Tender
- To assist project engineer/project manager to carry out Material Take Off and obtain necessary items pricing for the tender purpose.
3. General:

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), schedules, and other tender deliverables.
- Gather and verify material prices, labour rates, and subcontractor quotations.
- Support in preparing tender clarifications and responses to queries.

- Compile tender submissions including printing schedules, method statements, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure submissions meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative material selections.
- Assist in preliminary risk assessments related to pricing and procurement.
- Liaise with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams to align tender inputs.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain updated cost data.
- Attend pre-tender and clarification meetings as required.
