Purchaser
Key Responsibilities
- Source Materials: Find reliable suppliers for steel, cement, tools, and construction machinery.
- Negotiate Deals: Secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Process Orders: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track them until delivery at project sites.
- Manage Vendors: Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on speed, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate Logistics: Work with site managers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply shortages.
- Verify Invoices: Match POs with delivery orders and invoices to assist the finance team.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date digital logs of all purchases, contracts, and pricing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of purchasing experience, specifically within the construction or contracting industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and relationship-building abilities.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, market price trends, and supply chain logistics
Contracts Executive (Tender & Proposal)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, pre-qualification documents, RFQs, and technical/commercial proposals, ensuring all requirements and submission deadlines are met.
- Work closely with internal departments (Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Production, Procurement, etc.) and external parties to gather information, clarify tender requirements, and support the overall tendering process.
- Review tender documents, contract terms, specifications, and client requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Assist in pre- and post-contract activities, including cost estimation, contract administration, variation orders, claims, budget monitoring, and procurement support.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on tender clarifications, negotiations, and project-related matters, including site visits where required.
- Maintain accurate tender and contract documentation, records, and databases while supporting continuous improvement of tendering and contract management processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-contract and post-contract activities, preferably in the construction, or engineering industry.
Contracts Executive (Procurement)
Key Responsibilities
He/She is responsible to execute and coordinate procurement activities for marine, building and infrastructure projects.
The role ensures timely sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and procurement of materials, equipment and subcontract packages in compliance with company procedures, budget and project requirements, while supporting the Manager, Procurement in achieving divisional procurement objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM or STPM or Diploma or Degree in any disciplines.
- Computer related skills such as MS WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT and etc.
- Good communication skills in English both Verbal and Written.
- Good reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Document / Record Management.

Draughtsman
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferable technical)
- Minimum 2 years working experience using Autocad software (experience in operating TEKLA X-Steel would be favourable)
- Ability to work as a team member
- Clear communication skills in English language (written and verbal)

- Have experience as HSE Manager for large scale EPCC/EPC/EPCIC projects.
- Have min. 5 years’ experience Offshore & Onshore as Certified SHO.
Safety & Health Officer (SHO)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an SHO in O&G or construction projects, OR at least 5 years’ SHO experience in O&G or non–O&G construction projects with a Diploma.
- Valid Green Book by DOSH
- Willing to be based in Selangor.
Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an SSS in O&G or construction projects.

HSE Coordinator
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Shall have a Degree or Diploma in HSE or engineering

Crawler Crane Operator
Job Requirements:
- Registered Crawler Crane Operator with JKKP.
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience operating 150T/280T crawler cranes.
- Experience in heavy lift and tandem lift operations is required.
- Able to interpret load charts and lifting plans.
- Knowledge of basic rigging practices and standard crane hand signals.
- Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
- Medically and physically fit for site operations.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
Production Engineer/Supervisor (Steel Fabrication)
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy metal fabrication.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
- Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication and welding processes.
