1) Project Manager & Deputy Project Manager
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 20 years experience in Project Management with contractors in PMC (for Project Manager)
• Minimum 15 years experience in Project Management with contractors in PMC (for Deputy Project Manager)
• Ability to work under pressure to complete project within time and budget constraint
• Good communication, initiative and leadership skills
• Broad outlook in major aspects of the candidate is sought for

2) Construction Manager (Building & Mechanical section)
Requirement :
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Degree in Engineering / Building Construction
• Proficient in both oral & written in English
Responsibilities ;
• Plan, organize and control the construction activities and process
• Plan and organize the necessary resources to execute the works
• Establish effective method of construction and execution of the work with respect to time, quality and cost
• Ensure Method Statements are approved on time
• Liaise with the Employer’s Engineer to resolve all construction issues
• Conduct weekly work progress meeting with respective engineer / supervisor, sub-contractor & supplier
• Ensure progress of work meeting the scheduled programme
• Ensure all activities and procedures spell out in the quality plan and safety plan are carried out
• Ensure all relevant QA/QC records and documentation are kept up to date

3) a) Senior Planning and Control Manager
Requirement :
• Minimum 20 years working experience in building construction
• Degree in Engineering or building construction
• Good knowledge in heavy M&E services and equipment installation interfacing works
• Proficient in both oral & written in English

• Establish overall project planning and control system
• Prepare the Project Master summary schedule
• Establish and maintain progress monitoring and reporting system

• Familiar with AutoCad (version 2006 & above)

Responsibilities ;
• Heads and coordinates the team of design consultants
• Liaison with the Employer on design issues related to submission, approval and changes
• Establish design and review procedure to control and review the design input and output meeting the contract requirements, standards and codes of pratice
• Establish and implement control of drawings, checking, approval, coding and distribution
• Establish and implement design quality plan

• Minimum 20 years working experience in the similar field
• To draft, implement, administer, control and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality System, Project Quality Plan and inspection & test plan

8) Planning / Scheduling Engineer (Civil & Building) (M&E)
Requirement :
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Fully conversant with Primavera software (version 5 & above)
Responsibilities ;
• Liaise with construction managers to develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Create logic sequence of network diagram
• To generate critical path, time base bar chart, resources histogram, S-curve and progress summary
• Input field progress data, update programme and generate report
