CONCESSIONS

ROAD CONCESSION

Roadcare Sdn Bhd is the concession company comprising of 3 shareholders, TH Technologies, Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd and HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd. They are involved in the maintenance and upgrading of 6,029KM of federal roads, located in the Central states and the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia under a fifteen (15) year concession period, which expires in 2015.

AIRPORT CONCESSION

Muhibbah is a shareholder in Sociate Concessionaire de A’ Aeroport (“SCA”). SCA holds the concession in 3 international airports in Cambodia, namely Phnom Penh International Airport, Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport and Sihanoukville International Airport.
