The Board of MEB wishes to announce that the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam, Concorde II, Level 2, No. 3, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah C9/C, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Monday, 28 June 2010 at 3.30 p.m. and a First and Final Dividend of 5% less 25% income tax in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009 has been recommended. If approved, the dividend will be paid on Wednesday, 28 July 2010 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on Monday, 12 July 2010.
