The Board of Directors of MEB is pleased to recommend a first and final dividend of 5% (2.50 sen per share) less tax at 25% in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009. The declaration of the first and final dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The book closure and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date.
